  • At this time, HeadsUpHairWear.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, HeadsUpHairWear.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to some other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. HeadsUpHairWear.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • At Headsuphairwear.com we do our utmost to carry only quality merchandise and therefore we test all merchandise that is either received or manufactured by us to ensure it meets our high quality standards.

    If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them to us. Items must be in their unworn, original condition.

    How to initiate a return:

    Email us Please include your invoice number and the items you wish to return and we will get back to you ASAP.

    For a full refund to your method of payment the return must be initiated within 14 days of placing the order. Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days will be given a store credit. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

    While we are unable to buy back andy merchandise in cases where the return is not initiated within 14 days of placement of the order, we will issue a store credit for all items that are returned within 30 days of an orders placement.

    While headsuphairwear.com will purchase items back from a customer, we cannot refund the shipping costs. Similarly, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the items back to us.

    When placing an order that qualifies for free shipping, if you return all or part of the order and the total bought no longer qualifies for free shipping, we will refund the merchandise amount less standard shipping charges. Please understand that for obvious reasons we are only able to issue refunds after we have received the returns.
